If you want to show the page before printing then the print
preview option is use.
How to use print option?
After complete your type then
- Click on file symbol .
- Click on print of print option.
- There we will be found a dialog box appears in the screen ,here
- All option is use to print all page.
- Current page option is use to print only present page which page the cursor put you.
- Pages option is use just print to by page ranges (Like 1,3,5)
- Number of copies means how many page want to print out.
- Page per sheet means how many page print out per page.
- Scale to paper size is use which paper you want to print out its size.
- Click on ok.
How to make Auto Correct?
Some time we have common spelling mistake of a particular
word to avoid this we can use this option .
- Click on file symbol .
- Click on word options.
- Click on proofing option.
- Click on auto correct.
- Set the character in the replace box which character you want to link there.
- Set the character in the with box that you want to show in your page.
- Click on add option
- Click on ok .Ok.
- Place the cursor in your page where you want to show this link word
- Type the word this word typed in replace box .
- Press Enter.

- Click on file symbol.
- Click on save as option.
- Chose the location where you want to save .
- Type the file name .
